Rustic Country Style Pâté

This farmer style coarse pâté is a rare find in Perth, it has gutsy flavours of brandy, garlic and fresh herbs it’s perfect with baguettes or shared on a grazing plate. Our pickled pears also accompany this pate perfectly.


French farmers traditionally made rillettes to preserve their meat over winter making it a naturally long shelf life product.

Pork & Duck Rillettes

Free range pork and duck is slowly braised with garden fresh vegetables, garlic and herbs, gently pulled, then sealed with a layer of duck fat. Normally served with cornichons.

These mini tasty terrines are perfect for a light lunch or sharing with friends. Our terrines are wrapped in the best quality nitrate free Italian prosciutto, slowly cooked in a bain-marie then pressed overnight to develop texture and flavour.

Our sauce is tangy (not too sweet) made from whole Canadian cranberries, fresh WA oranges and Australian Tawny Port. It is great with glazed ham, Camembert or Brie cheese as well as of course, our Turkey and Cranberry Terrine.

Pickled Pears

For something a little bit different which is getting quite a following at the markets, we pickle WA farm fresh pears in apple cider vinegar, sugar, ginger and spices.

Ideal with our Country Terrine, blue cheese or any other strong flavoured cheese.

Mixed vegetable pickle traditionally eaten with pork pies, or cheese.
